I co-founded codebits with a tech partner to provide IT coordination and operational support to startups and SMEs that need structure without hiring a full-time role. I handle project coordination, requirements gathering, client management and process support, while also building internal tools to streamline team operations.

A role that started in quality assurance and evolved into broader process redesign and coordination responsibilities. I redesigned customer service processes by coordinating external vendors and securing budget approval; managed a ticketing system migration with full workflow redesign; delivered a custom appointment booking system integrated with the company calendar; and initiated a knowledge base automation project for customer support. I also handled direct support for end users and the internal CS team throughout.

As a consultant I coordinated three significant projects across different sectors.

The first involved the reengineering of a software suite for recording and transmitting smart metering data from electricity meters. I coordinated analysis, development and QA teams across multiple modules, managed release planning using the RUP methodology, and served as the key contact between internal technical teams, external vendors and business stakeholders.

The second was the development of an innovative automated bank branch station: remote operator, on-site customer, cash management — with rollout across two locations and full vendor management including the real estate component.

The third was a migration from an internal CRM to an enterprise CRM platform, where I led a taskforce applying ITIL V3 defect management standards.

The role that gave me my technical foundations. I was the sole IT contact for approximately 150 internal consultants: I managed a server cluster, administered the full Windows and Linux infrastructure, mail server, Active Directory and cloud environments. I independently handled the end-to-end migration of the entire email infrastructure. In parallel, I worked with external clients as a consultant — requirements gathering, configuration, training and end-user support. I also supervised an internal ERP migration, conducting UAT and overseeing vendor delivery.
